I Have a Crush on This Girl. What Are the Next Steps?

I am a college freshman, and I have a crush on this girl I met at Ballroom Dancing Club practices. We have danced and talked only twice, but I know she is the girl I want; she is not certainly one of the hottest girls you can find at my school, but she has a beautiful smile, is intellectual, and is very nice. I think I am really into this girl, and i would like to ask her out sometime next week or the week after. I am Asian, and the fact that most white girls don’t consider asian dudes to be datable kinda makes me lose my confidence. However, I am willing to ask her out before it’s too late. I wanna do it properly at the proper time so that I can maximize my chance of getting hooked up with her. When is the best time of asking her out, and what I should I be doing until the time comes? Thanks.

I Need Ur Opinion! Plz Idk What Should I Do?

my dance instructor is in his i put him at his 70s, well he called me a fast tease. he has kissed my hand, he stared at me in dance class it looked as if he were mad at me. we talking about rod Stewart he busted out that we should dance to Maggie may. well if you not familiar with that song it is about an older women shacking up with a much younger male. he plays with my shirt when where dancing i had a belt on my shirt he kept trying to fix my belt.

then he ask to hang out with me, i don’t what he is thinking. i think i mislead him some way also ballroom dancing very close dance. im afraid to go to dance class it is going to be awkward. i know if i call him on the carpet he can deny it, should i get a new dance instructor? what if he is not hitting on me?

he is a really nice guy im afraid if i drop him everyone going to ask including my parents my step dad would get mad if he knew. it ruin my parents dance class i think they not go!
i feel bad! im naturally flirty person, i just have a joking personality.
i don’t want to make problems at the dance studio this guy he cant help it he is 70! i mean come on! all older guys at the age hit on younger girls right? he is a gentle men he walks me to my seat. very proper. why would he think i was coming on to him?
