What Type of Dance Is It That Always Seems to Be in Disney Movies?

You know what I mean. Like in Sleeping Beauty at the end where the prince is dancing with Aurora. Or the most famous scene from Beauty and the Beast. Is it just ballroom dancing? If that’s so, what kind of steps are they doing/what are they called? Waltz? Twirls? XD Seems so obvious but I just wanna be sure!
